iBurst responds to pricing issues

Oh yes and IBurst, I agree with every word you said. All your customers are idiots.

Glad to report that I just applied for my ADSL and filled out my iBurst cancellation form . . . What a joke, these guys honestly have their heads in the sand if they think they will be able to maintain a healthy customer database. This by international standards this is laughable and actually an utter disgrace. No South African company should be allowed to make such a fool of its customers. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
 
To get out of a contract you have to pay the entire outstanding amount upfront... so if you're like me and have 16 months till the end of your contract, you have to pay R11100 up front before you can cancel... and if you want to migrate, down you gotta pay the migration fee R199 + 3 months up front... so that would cost me R2296 to migrate from my 3.5g to the new 5g account... so yeah, there's f-all chance of me renewing my contract in August 2009...
