all the little orange xml buttons, and things that say rdf or rss or atom they are types of feeds. you can get an aggregator (a program used to read them). i currently read 80-90 odd a day. keeps me up to date with whats going on.
Current favorite in my aggregator is Darth Vaders blog. http://darthside.blogspot.com/ and the feed is http://darthside.blogspot.com/atom.xml
