Pls explain, I have 5 bars showing but the web is bloody slow

last night it slowed down to a crawl and it seemed to be intermittent, then it came right... i think they may be experiencing problems. something which seems to be common with wbs.

Was fast here until about 20min ago when I decided to buy 1gb as I was down to 130mb and had a large file to DL.

So thinking I was clever I bought the extra gb and all of a sudden I'm running at capped speed!!!!
Tried resetting the modem, router etc., but now I'm at 6k...

Needless to say I'm pretty pissed off as now I won't be able to do the DL.

Can someone please give me the helpdesk phone number so I can let off some steam.

If you haven't realised already that 5 bars means nothing well other than being better than 4 or three. On five bars you can have crap signal or great signal you will never know just by looking there.

I'm also having pretty bad speeds today, and realy bad latency...
Pings to MyADSL (usually 60-90) are like 100-250 and all other sites are as bad, yet its past 8pm on a sunday. Oh well maby I should have taken more notice of the ranting about WBS on the forum before signing up?

My iBurst is more off than on these last couple of days. I used to average at 60/70%. Now its battles to maintain 10%! Very unstable and slow... Decided to go adsl 1024...
