iburst speed drop. can someone from iburst help

can someone from iburst please help me. i've been with iburst for about 4 months now, and i've had good speeds with it. on average download speed is 0,90mbps and a ping of around 150ms. For the past week i've been getting download speeds of 0,10mbps and a ping of 670ms. its barely useable. i phoned the call centre, the guy on the phone told me that i must move my external antenna so i told him its been in that position for 4 months and it worked fine. he said the wireless signal from the tower changes all the time so maybe now it doesn't pick up good signal anymore at that position which doesn't sound right to me. is that true or not? please someone from iburst can you help me
 
im glad i didnt sign up a contract with them. so if the speeds dont get sorted out, im just going to cancel and go with another company

May as well do it now, if you are lucky they will only bill you for another 3 months then take 8 more months to credit you half the amount. At least they did not give you a bird must have flown by which I was told a few years ago :D.

i didnt give them my banking details when i signed up. told them i prefer transferring the money into their account every month. dont trust their debit system. so when i cancel i just stop paying them

You still run the risk of being handed over to attorneys for debt collection and being blacklisted.
