Can anybody on the Wonderboom tower check their speeds etc. I've been getting substandard service for the last week but the actual timeframe may be longer.
My MTU is correct, I have the newest firmware, I’m in a dark green area and have on many occasions gotten close to the 1Mb advertised speed (96-100% signal strength, although I see utTracker is saying 7/10).
These days I get speeds like this (Telkom):
• Estimated line speed: 284.4 (kilobits/second)
• Estimated line speed: 34.9 (kiloBytes/second)
And iBurst reports on their site:
385 kbps down, 277 kbps up
Half the time my International dl speed is not more then 15k/s. Some sites are so slow that I can’t even compare the connection with a 64k line
