Iburst stealing money!

I fell sorry for margotb but this seems to be they way ibust operates. Take money then never answer questions...
 
Press criminal charges against Iburst. Maybe that'll get them to actually get off their ass and do something
 
You're "borrowing" the modem from iBurst for the period of the Contract, iBurst doesn't sell their modems on an iBurst contract.

Thus, by losing this modem, in other words in his case it got stolen, he's liable for the theft of the modem, thus the deduction of R2000 (for the replacement of the modem) on his account, by iBurst. He will only be able to recover this money, by either claiming it by the insurance or replacing the stolen modem and giving it to iBurst at the end of the term. But I believe he should now still be able to receive a new modem from iBurst without any further costs.

People should really start to read contracts before they agree to them...
