iBurst Survey

hell was that a hidden feature on the site ?? how did you stumble across it ???

Hmm i gave some positive info on the story .. also added that iBurst as a company must be more pro-active @ this forum ....
 
I told 'em we need more bandwidth and/or lower prices to remain competitive with ADSL.
 
Although they dont seem to be doing much on the forums latley, they have replied quite professionally to quite a few problems. It must be hard to do your full time job and monitor the forums as well, maby they should employ a forum/helpdesk employee.

But, I must say they have MUCH more representaion and action on the forums that any other broadband supplier, whose representation would amount to nothing, at least they have helped some peopel over the forum and adressed a few problems.

Im also going to go fill this out, we should try dominate it with a few things we really want, then they will have to do something about them, we can probably make up the majority of replies to this thing.

EDIT: Ive seen the survey now, nice to see that they include uncapped bandwidth as a option, everyone tick that now! We cant have those useless typical home users on Iburst coming and saying, oh well 1G is enough for me so I dont need that.

Why do they ask what colour is the logo and shape of it? It's not like you can miss it...
 
at least they have this. I'm not even an iBurst client anymore but I think it's a step in the right direction to have this kind of survey.
 
Ive seen the survey now, nice to see that they include uncapped bandwidth as a option, everyone tick that now!

We've all misunderstood that. Don't you see? Iburst is uncapped. You can always buy additional bandwidth, or you can connect at 64kbps.

That tick option is there as a reason why you chose Iburst in the first place. It's a feature/benefit of what we already have.

They are not for one moment suggesting uncapped, free, high speed access...
 
hmm.. well then if you say then already offer it, what would they want from us ticking that option if they are also never going to try give us uncapped access?

They probably also just mean higher caps.

But under reasons you chose Iburst I also put the after cap access. It is one of the main resons.
 
No option to say that you heard of iBurst on the internet.

The feedback has been unbelieveble and valuable to us. Every comment has been taken on board.

There are gong to be some changes...especially on the product side. Watch this space!

Yes, maybe the wording was incorrect. It is capped. Only soft-capped. Which was a great option a year ago when I joined. NOW, we're moving onto free local bandwidth. Hopefully Iburst will keep with the exodus and not stay with the mushrooms...
