iBurst Survey

Interesting...

Hall also thanked MyADSL members for the feedback regarding the iBurst service.
I just wish they replied more on other threads.

Hall also said that they will be in contact with the member which had an accounting problem today to rectify the issue.
Shouldn't that be members? That's good to hear, looks like they have around one query a day.

Would be nice if we see a lower price, better speed & no cap.
No cap would be great, but lets not kid ourselves :) A doubling (or more) of the current caps would make for a decent change though.

Ja, Ed please listen to us!

You know that we know best for all of your subscribers, they'll come around some time.

How about this, increase caps for the G-1,3,6 and 9 as those are obviously the people who want a bit of bandwidth. You could up the speed too, but rather not make that your only change please?
For the guys on i-go dropping the extra bandwdith prices (and therefore also their intial badnwidth price by a bit) would be great, and would help all of us too.

You could alternativley just drop the price for everyone and then also drop the price of additional data, come on its way too high, especially for the hardcapped guys who have to buy it, that way each user can decide how much extra bandwidth he wants to get out of the change and your service looks alot more appealing to the general public, low usgage, types too.

I never had any issue with it, but what about that fake proxy thing they had? Is it still there? For the ppl that had problems with that, don't you want that removed as well?

One of the biggest annoyances when I was on iBurst was the stoopid SMTP server policy. That really sucked

How about carry over of any unused bandwidth. I do think if that was the case "abuse" would reduce.

Filled it in and got prima service.

Have been struggling with our connection since we got it - the speed degrades from 8am onwards.

Cut a long story short, they sorted it out (this was the 2nd attempt) and now we are getting 2-3 times what we had previously.

Moral: Demand better service (it is possible and they do want to give it, just not very good (yet?) at getting it right)

What do you mean? Did they come to your house and got the sweet spot or just over the phone??
