iBurst Top Up Rip Off

I just have to vent may anger at iBurst.

I have a 9GB account, which I usually finish by the middle of the month and then top up via credit card...

They have increased the price of 3GB to R499 what a complete rip off!:mad:

They need to start looking after their clients..otherwise....:eek:

I have emailed them... let's see if I get a reply!
 
The new top up prices suck big time :/ i only toped up a few times before the price increase and I felt that it was expensive even then. Now it's just completely crazy. No way I will top up now. Makes me sick :sick:
 
maybe you need a bigger package?

cos iburst is trying to place you on the right package... so.... guess you should recommend a package with say 20gigs?
 
Ja, if they want to charge such ridiculous top up prices then they need to accomodate everyone.

If you really need to top up every month on the 9G service then iBurst will get way too expensive very quickly. Is the 64kb access not enough?

Have you considered maybe getting ADSL? Might be cheaper at those kind of levels.

Dude if u can get ADSL you will save urself.

Are u guys mad? iBurst will read an email like that and immediately delete it. Do u think they even care what vapoursa has to say to them?

What grinds me nuts is at when i walked into the offices to collect my antenna from iBurst, the majority of the computers were on THIS forum reading, but they can't even get a representitive to reply to our complaints!

Thats interesting, so why the hell not get one of those guys (someone from the helpdesk/accounts wouldn't be missed) to just respond and get the issues some real attention from higher up :(

Lol that might just be the problem. I've sent alot of e-mails to the helpdesk/accounts regarding my BW carryover issue. There seems to be only two agents working at that helpdesk. It's either Ernest or Lebohang. :rolleyes:
