It is quite simple - iBurst offered me (instant, fast, wireless, etc.) internet connectivity, I accepted their offer and I pay them a handsome monthly fee for it!
Therefore it is their responsibility, you can’t just excuse them because they don’t have the necessary redundancy procedures in place, what are you thinking?
MORAL: If you cannot deliver the service, do not offer it! (or at least don't over promise and under deliver)
SIMPLIFIED: What you are saying is; you go buy six eggs at Checkers you get to the checkout and you look inside the container and there are only two eggs. You tell the manager hey, there are only two eggs in here. The manager replies oh well we are not responsible for our suppliers. - and you are ok with this.
That does not make sense!
