To stick to the topic, I know in Australia they give you a cap, say 3 gig or whatever you pay for, then once you hit your cap you go over to a per meg charge. From what I remember, it came to about 50c (South Africa Cents) a meg. So you still get the full speed, but you pay quite a bit for it.
It does depend on the SP you use over there. And OMG they have enough.

But i can't keep up with the number of changes they have made on a contract basis.
Any one you an original contract they can scan in, or stick into a PDF (If it's allowed) so we can rip it apart? I only ever signed an order form. I don't remember signing a contract.
