iBurst webphone

i have the iBurst webphone with iCall already preconfigured on the device. I cancelled my iCall and just needed to know if I can reconfigure the webphone on another sip account and to do this.

The guide does not seem to help. I'm running Vista and cant get access the webphone on the IP provided 192.168.250.20.
