Not only is their website down, I've had no web access since late last night. I just get the "Account suspended" message even though iBurst owes ME money.
Was on the phone 47 minutes today sorting out billing issues. :wtf:
What a useless company! I cannot understand how a CEO or MD whatever can come onto this forum and continue to make out that things are OK - just a bit of restructuring etc etc, promises promises, while subscribers are being messed around without so much as an apology. I can only think that Jannie has been put in this position to manage Iburst's implosion.
