iBurst website frustrates users

I think its clear Iburst are not sure what they are doing technically. They have the equipment and sales and opportunity, but not the ability technically. There systems pretty much suck. Someone must buy them out who can sort out all the problems :sick:

I 99.92% agree with MrH more technical people need to jack up iBurst
 
why get someone to buy them. Why not just employ competent people?

Vodacom will probably buy them out before the end of next year. Then we'll see the rates flying.....:(

Sure hope that never happens. 10% is enough, greedy buggers. :rolleyes:
 
Forget about telscum as it will never get up to international standards with cost and service, it's a lost cause as far as I'm concerned, then you get companies like wbs/iBurst just one of many companies here in sa that only really care about how much money they can screw out of it's customers, just the typical sa company attitude that makes them rotten to the core.

What we need is an international company to come here and show these sa companies how they should be run, without any restriction by government as to who they employ to do the work, then maybe we'll get qualified professional service from an ISP which will make the rest of them fall into line or they'll all go out of business.

Bottom line here in sa is greed and unqualified staff end of story.:rolleyes:
 
GBM, you're right about vodacom just another one of the greedy companies here, it'll freeze in hell before we get to international standards and costs.
