iburst wimax

I have had iburst wimax installed (Craighall area) - and it has only worked sporadically over the last two months or so - and has not worked at all for the last week.

The bottom line is that their service does not work and they don't now how to fix it...

I am now trying to cancel my account and get a re-fund on what i have have paid to date...anyone got any current info on the service provided by Screamer?

Very quick installation, awesome connection when it is working 100%. I have had a couple of problems with disconnections but the support team are working on it and should be fixed by early next week.

All in all my experience has been very good so far, as long as this small problem gets fixed I would rate Screamer very highly.

I think the only connection I haven't had is an iBurps WiMAX connection and I kicked their other connection out years ago.

I am currently using Screamers WiMAX and voice and it is great. Fortunately I am not a gamer so have not been affected by the intermittent disconnects I think they have experienced recently but my speed and reliability are 100%.

Iburst wimax dud

Iburst have today (AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF FRUSTRATION) agreed that they can't get their wimax offering does not work and are re-funding me...so lets see how Screamer does...

Wonder if I-Burst will refund me for the hundreds of calls and emails.....

I wonder if the wimax problem was related to the other problem people are having with wireless devices in Craighall.

I heard that electric gates and doors have been opening randomly due to some wireless monitoring devices that the council installed in the area.... do you know about this?

I have heard about the electronic problems experienced in Craighall but our WiMAX clients in that area haven't been affected.
