[/post]Thanks goes to MaryJane for extracting the files from ICASA [must have involved using bamboo under the fingernails of certain ICASA people since Debbie2 has been trying to get transcripts for ages :D], me just a temporary remailer service inbetween [i.e. I just forwarded MaryJane's email to RPM]...:)
 
They haven't transcribed everything perfectly but the core of what is said does come through IMO. Transcribing must be a terrible job... typing word for word what has been recorded!

On page 9 of the first volume:

"Telkom went out and we conducted a survey and what we found was 84% of residential customers and 87% of business customers stated that the ADSL service met their expectations"

Has anyone here been contacted by Telkom? I would LOVE to know how they got these figures.
