Has anyone here lodged any complaints with ICASA? Are they a wet noodle in terms of dealing with issues, or do they actually get the job done?

I have had it with my WISP and their non-responsiveness. They do not reply to mails, they do not action telephone calls and they sure as hell do not phone you back when they promise to. They also do not want to give out their respective managers names so you can go directly to them.

I was considering driving to their offices and giving the whole lot a piece of my mind, but it might turn out ugly...

Have you tried HelloPeter, FB etc? Social media seems to be a platform that gets attention from businesses.

Go to the ispa website and see if your wisp is registered with them. If they are rather lodge a complaint through ISPA.

If they are a member and in breach of the ISPA Code of Conduct (and it sounds like they might be) then that would be a good option.

They are a member of the ISPA, but not WAPA. I would approach the ISPA then.

Just looking at some basic technical data that's publicly available, I would RUN if they ever offered me services. It's clear they don't really know what they are doing technically.
