Icasa concludes hearings into spectrum allocation

ICASA actually finished something...?
Bullsh*t!!!

In two months, they'll have a "revisitation of the allocation" due to certain omissions and discrepancies, I'm sure.

:eek: :confused: did Paris maybe mean 'perceived'? - conception of a coal-baby that !CASA gives birth to and later sets ablaze? :sick: just think of the pollution this would cause not to mention the violation of spectral-rights...

PS: Has Red Bull been sponsoring !CASA lately?

In the 3.5GHz categoy, we had:
- 3 applicants.
In the 3.5GHz categoy, we fulfilled:
- 3 allocations using a standardised separation allocation.

In the 2.6GHz category, we had:
- 2 applications.
In the 3.5GHz categoy, we fulfilled:
- 2 allocations as they were.

Wow.

Damn that must have consumed time and money. The difficulty here was enourmous. :p
Well .. at least the players were consulted and the process seems relatively transparent.
I don't see minutes anywhere, but i'm sure they're available somewhere.

Me wonders where the public representation was?
Where's the allocation in 2.4 for the public's use?
I thought 2.4 was also hotly contested. Not?
Oh .. my bad.
