Icasa hearing possible conclusion

Can anybody tell me what the procedure will be regarding the current Acasa adsl hearing, once today's hearings are complete?

When will the results of the hearing be made public.

Also, could Telkom maybe appeal the decision if its not to their advantage, (they are already saying the Chairwoman is not being fair).

Hopefully we can avoid an endless cycle of appeals...
