ICASA makes ADSL pricing decision

Telkom plays the same game, slowly easing prices down by so little, it only just about gives the impression they care. ICASA is doing something... yes, but it looks like wheel spinning to me.
History teaches us lessons. We have come to learn that time is an important strategic tool in whatever you plan to achieve. If you cannot make it happen at the right time, manipulate time itself.
If you haven't figured out which one I am referring to, remember that nothing happens in time, on African time.

Ok, Tuesday now. Going to see how long their "Monday" (10/07/2006) announcement is going to take....
 
I can almost see the last minute wheeling-dealing going on behind the scenes.
 
I doubt their gonna release those pricing stats.... (telkom is keeping it under wraps as of last week already)
 
well i suspect they will say that they need to buy more dslams to equip more exchanges/CO's and thus the rental pays for it.
 
WTF is going on with these people at ICASA?

Is it possible for MyAdsl to get an official response from them?
 
itweb just wrote an article about the delay...someone posted the link in the ADSL discussions section. Their are some 'issues' they need sort out first.

Looks like Paris is playing pass the buck - blaming the delay on someone else.
 
Useless frikkin mofo's the lot of them, all promoted well beyond their capabilities.

Doughnut eating do-nothing to a doughnut eating cop isn't much of a stretch for her. But that image is too kind... I think her face on jabba the hut would be more realistic.
