A decision has been made - but they'll only tell us once they've cleared the decision with head honch number 7903456 and settled on the location and size of their new houses and the colour of the lambo's.

For some reason I am not all that excited.

Head honch no 7903456 has been replaced with new head honch no 844223 who claims that head honch no 7903456 was not a good manager and thus policies will change.

Looks like all these jokers in telecoms learned this word from our dear Telecoms minister.

We need to send the DoC + Icasa a gift, a SA Oxford Dictionary with the word 'imminent' and its various derivations highlighted with a bookmarker on the page.

Telkom doesn't own any rights to the SAT3, the own a part of it. TATA (of the SNO) owns more of it than Telkom. Telkom only owns the landing rights of the cable in South Africa (which would have to go away for SNO to come into play)

So the lease they're talking about I'm not too sure where they get the info from. I might be wrong

It doesn't. They own the cable.

What gov can do is force telkom to provide access too the SAT3 cable @ wholesale.
