Icasa postpones termination rate cuts

Piss poor call on ICASA's part if you ask me.

Grow a pair and show MTN that you mean business..
 
a mistake if ever there was one

also if they don't do the suspension regulation properly Telkom and CellC have every reason to litigate - so instead of facing one winnable case they could be faced with two cases that can go badly for ICASA
