ICASA Response Time

Just some quick questions. How long does it normally take for ICASA to reply after contacting them on their website?

A couple of weeks? Do they sometimes not reply to a query at all?

The last: I have never had them respond to an email, including a complaint about the fact that their complaints department never replies to complaints ...

Thanks for the reply rrh. That's very disappointing. So not only do we have to struggle with Telkom, we have to struggle with the watchdog too.

I had to chuckle when I read the subject line...
Nope, ICASA do NOT respond!
If you do phone them, their standard response is 4 - 6 weeks (applying for 2way radio licence).
Well, that was over 1 year ago - I have given up!!
