I wonder how it affect normal analogue broadcast. Digitalbroadcast won't be as bad though i think it really depends on number of users using the cdma system since its not 100% interference free. (ie densely populated area's, keep in mind low freq means this will cover larger areas than e.g. 3G, it might be bad and i'm sure the network operator will want to use as few as possible stations)

Wait they not overlapping it, just taking some range from the allocated portion and moving whats there. :/
