The Independent Communications Authority of SA (Icasa) has pulled itself out of the crisis it was in two years ago and filled many of the vacancies in middle and senior management.

Both have been filled by acting GMs and the posts have been advertised.

For the 2009 financial year, Icasa has been allocated R252m

252m budget for one year, and it's not enough.

I dunno. Looking at the legal bills that our upstanding Metro Police chief, Robert McBride has managed to muster up in no great time at all, can you imagine the cost of crossing swords with the telecos and broadcasters in the legal arena at every turn.

I think it's an attorney admitted into the legal fraternity, eg, the Bar.

Not so sure about it being the Bar though.
Seems some studies in Zim - if it includes law, then of no use, as it changes with Bob's needs.
