The way I see it there's only 3 possible outcomes. NNR not applicable in any of these scenarios for SA to be out of the tournament

1. We lose against Eng - SA OUT
2. We beat Eng, end 2nd with SL 1st (If SL win against NZ)
3. We beat Eng, end 2nd with NZ 1st (if NZ win against SL)
