ICC Twenty20 2014

Can someone please explain to me how the below works ie:. why is Australia,Bangladesh,Pakistan,West Indies playing against one another in those rounds and what happens to the winners of these matches?

"April 2014

1 - Australia v Bangladesh (11:30)
1 - Pakistan v West Indies (15:30)
3 - Semifinal 1 (15:00)
4 - Semifinal 2 (15:00)
6 - Final (15:00)"
 
Wonder if we will be able to beat the Netherlands :o

Games on the 1st are the last round robin games. Top4 sides go through to the semi-finals...

1st Semi-Final 1st Group 1 v 2nd Group 2
4 Apr
2nd Semi-Final 1st Group 2 v 2nd Group 1

Wish Amla doesnt try to improvise that much, that's not his style...little to gain from trying to pick balls up one metre outside off and pushing to leg
 
What a bizarre wicket.
Amla hit the ball past the bowler, the ball hit Duminy's bat and was caught by the bowler :(

Anderson to Amla, OUT, that is a bizarre way to go, terribly unlucky for Amla, he swatted that one powerfully back towards the bowler, the ball hits the non-striker Duminy's bat, on the shoulder of the bat and loops up for a simple catch for Anderson, Amla has to go, the umpire had turned away to get out of the way, Anderson keeps his focus and plucks that one

Well, if not that Duminy was hanging his bat out, he would have had 45 from 40 as the opener, and if he then went on to 80 from 60 it would have been job done.

eta...now between Amla and Miller it is 43 from 46 instead. ...4 overs left
