I'd like to see those 'big names' pull their weight and produce something constructive.

I doubt most South African citizens have ever heard of one of these "big names" before this uninformative article. LOL :p

So Dinosaurus Pule's long term ICT policy plan for an entire country is based on advice from escargot and snakes, sounds legit, although I'm surprised there aren't any travelling shoe salesmen on the list.

Wow, light on the University and ISP side, heavy on broadcasters. Surely providers should be the main source from industry and a representative panel?
