It's more like a lady with a 38" rib cage is just a bigger person than one with a 32" chest...in relative terms, the amount of boobage is the same but when you have to make a cup for the bigger lady, then the cup has to be bigger because relativity.

Bit like pants...I wear a 34" waist and the most common leg lengths for a 34" waist seem to be like 79cm-81cm while I wear an 84cm which there seems to be fewer of for a given brand\style.

I don't have huge nipples. xD Picked up a bit of weight last year, breasts ballooned and the areola just seemed larger than before. Now the extra weight is gone, breasts are still huge, not that they've ever really been small but the areolae are still kinda big. It doesn't look weird compared to the size of the breasts but it's just not something I'm used to.
I'm 1.58m and weighed about 60 when I first noticed it so idrk what brought on that change, maybe my love of milkshakes.
