Ideas Sharing Platform

I am looking for an Ideas sharing platform, we are about 38 people who are travelling to america on mostly the same itenirary but some people like Universal Studios and others like Kennedy Space station as an example. Some prefer to eat out while on holiday and others prefer to make their own food.

What is a good way for us to share ideas in a constructive manner that there are specific categories almost like a forum? I just feel a forum is just too big since we are only 38 people and will only be using it for a short while.

Do you guys maybe have a suggestion?

Bbm group?

There are free hosting services that host forums if I remember correctly.

We have a Whatsapp Group but the problem is there are a multitude of topics being discussed at one time, and its not all "organized"

I have thought possibly of facebook, I must maybe take a look at that, its also not totally organized like a forum is.

Bbm groups have categories etc. Only problem is some might have phones that don't run bbm I suupose.
