Idiot in a Merc

hi, I need some advice on how to deal with this. There is an idiot in my area in his twenties with a merc, speeding doing donuts, and reckless and negligent driving. The counselor went to the house and spoke to his family, warnings were issued by the traffic dept. But he is still on it.
What would u have done?

He's the shitstain, I mean son of a rich family..... probably. You think turds like that have jobs?

Friendly tip of advice. If they can buy him a Merc they probably have money laying around for an attorney so don't damage his or his family's property in any way. The only way to fight this is to gather evidence and eventually file a lawsuit if the council/police are unable or unwilling to do something.

Depending on how often and how long he does it you have to ask yourself if it's worth the time/money to make it a legal matter. How does it affect you and are other neighbors also complaining?
