Idiot in a Merc

If this is a residential street, just saying he's annoying you won't stop this behaviour but if you claim that he almost knocked you, your pet or your kids doing his antics this raises the stakes.

hi, I need some advice on how to deal with this. There is an idiot in my area in his twenties with a merc, speeding doing donuts, and reckless and negligent driving. The counselor went to the house and spoke to his family, warnings were issued by the traffic dept. But he is still on it.
What would u have done?
Spikestrip him....

Send his videos to all the insurance companies. If something does eventually happen they will likely not pay out.

Also keep reporting him to the traffic department. Eventually when something happens they will use it in his case.

People like this think they can get away with everything but one day they overstep the line a little to much and then everything comes crawling out of the woodwork.

Such rich morons don't seem to believe in insurance.

Wtf, have you heard the noise and smell that kind of spinning does, nevermind the inherent danger, in a residential area. Ai some people

And maybe not a single person the camera can see, who knows who might be in the road at the time . And wait till the guy loses control and drives full speed into a property.
