So having come back from the UK, and looking for a temporary solution for Internet until my Telkom Line gets installed in 7-21 days from now, I thought I might throw iBurst a bone (given that i have the equiptment!) and get a month or two worth of broadband.

Low and behold, when i get transferred to the sales team, they appear to have severe VoIP issues preventing me from being able to make sense of whatever the agent is saying, yet I can hear her tapping away at buttons on her phone.

Wow - cant believe I ALMOST gave this organisation some more of my money. Instant reminder of how things were when I was confined to this for a longer time. A narrow escape....

Edit: And not to sound too unreasonable, this happened 3 times. You couldn't give the bandwidth away.

Yeah do not even bother with them right now they are having huge issues.

I am also done with this crap.
I have a 40Gb a month "month to month" account with them, since I used to play a ton of games online, not too much anymore but now when I have the time I want it to WORK PROPERLY like it actually used to.

That will probably be dropped to a 5Gb account so the rest of my family can use it, while I look for something better - probably LTE or something.

Sick of iburst.

Got that LTE modem and holy crap iburst wishes it could go this fast..
