Hey guys,

I've got a smallish project that I want to start, but before I go full force into it, I thought I should pop a message here, and see if my project might correspond to what you guys suggest.

If you could, what would you....you think do we as South Africans lack from a online experience....what would you like to do when you go online, do you enjoy forums? facebook?

What would you like to experience when going online, but something that'll only be available in South Africa

I have a cool project in mind, I believe it'll work and what we need and would like.

So what are your thoughts....:whistle:

As long as its mobi compatible then its got my vote.

I see in your profile that you are a grandmaster, so I'll explain this one to you;)

What I meant was, for what reason do you go online? to browse forums? to read local gossip on politics, to do research about something, to find information about your local community, etc....
 
From my point of view, it's to follow discussions in forums on topics that I enjoy - Software & Web Development, Android and Christian Metal. I visit Fecesbook maybe once a week. Other than that I use the web to research work-related stuff - again Software & Web Development.

I read a lot of technical docs and reference manuals. But this is probably a fairly niche market. I'd say most people go online for "fun" (what this means obviously depends on the person; people have various tastes), not because they "have" to for work.

Otherwise, I subscribe to number of Linux and electronics-related mailing lists.
 
content available online at a subfee lower than DSTV premium's subfee (all content including sport and news) for this to happen we need affordable 10mb uncapped though or at least LLU with content hosted locally
