If you're an ex multichoice customer

jeezuz fkn tapdancing christ, the sons of bitches just stole R1050 from me.

I cancelled after the soccer and now magically my account is active again since 11/07/2015, I don't even know where my god damned decoder is. If these ****nuts don't fix this immediatly I am going to seriously loose my cool.

EDIT: Took 40 mins of my time (and 2 beers to keep calm) for their godawful call center to fix my account and now I STILL need to go and reverse the debit otherwise I need to wait 40 effing days. I am so mad I can punch someone in the nut sack right now.

Got some feedback now.
My account was in credit when they upgraded their system and so it automatically reactivated it.
They are reversing the debit order and also refunding the credit. Bonus.

Turns out their free trial converted into a paid subscription with no warning, but it had a happy ending: I could cancel immediately and I'm now due the full amount as a refund (in only three days).

Lesson learned: no more 'free' trials!

Same thing happened to me... but it was only R900 back then... shows you how the exchange rate has f-ed us.
Really crummy that they force you to have the year up front.

Happened to me as well. I had to call their call centre and wait 15 minutes, then kindly ask the nice lady to stop ****ing stealing from me.
