When dealing with the 8ta support desk, if you see this fellow are your call center agent just close the window and try again until you get someone else.

He doesn't respond to anything.

I have never once contacted 8ta Data support Desk - only once called 8ta to enable my sim to roam on their network strictly and that's about it. I have had frustration with N--s---t, T---s---t
