IIS tutorials

Hi all
Most of the applications we support at work run on IIS as web server, and we have to do a lot of IIS trouble-shooting.

I am looking for material that can help me sharpen my IIS skills. If anybody knows of any useful tutorials online or if there is a course one can attend primarily on IIS?

It helps when you know what you are doing and why, rather than just repeating what somebody else told is the solution.
