'Illegal' N1 road block causes controversy

- Unlicensed Vehicle?
- Stolen Vehicle?
- Hijacked Vehicle?
- Vehicle involved in Offence?
- Illegal Drugs or Firearms in Vehicle?
- Explosives in Vehicle?
- Stolen Goods in Vehicle?
- Outstanding Traffic Fines & Warrants?
- Outstanding Warrants for other Offences?

Rushing somewhere maybe? Airport? :)

On Friday 16h00 they had a similar exercise on N4 towards Rusternburg. I just happened to be on the lucky side of the N4. Witnessing the long queues of cars was painful.

JHB, for sure. Those mofos are always in a rush.

Because we get stuck in traffic due to road blocks so we're now suddenly late for our jobs to earn our money to pay our tax to keep the rest of the country/Nkandla running :p

Woah!!!! Wait a minute, you are talking way too much sense for those mugus in government. None of them have been evolved enough to realize that roadblocks may lead to decline in productivity and thus economy which in turn affects nkandla. This is information overload to them and may fry the little brains they have left.

I got caught up in this roadblock. It delayed me by about twenty minutes, much the same as if there had been a broken down vehicle or an accident. The delay wasn't that bad.

How much did the bribe set you back?

There was also a roadblock on the William Nicol onramp heading towards Malibongwe on Saturday. I got caught in that 1 :/

Was 1 of those stupid eToll 1's that's been going around the news. Tried to take a picture but it didn't come out so well. When I drove through though they only checked my license disc but I mean if that's the only thing they were checking then it's 1 of the most retarded places to put a roadblock >.<

Yeah, I was caught up in it as well...
