I don't bother with series just because downloading and storing 700mb-1gb per episode for 20ep X 5 seasons is a killer on bandwidth and storage. Otherwise with movies I don't compromise unless there isn't a Blu-Ray version.

HD is low res. I have a 4k tv (and a little bit of 4k content), wait till you see the size of those files!
Waiting for H.265 encoding rips to be more common place...
As long as its not a CAM im happy.
Guess who's watching Star Wars in 1080p today?![]()
Did you manage to find an online streaming provider, or did you go the other route?

If its not the depsecialized versions its ***.
The what now?
Fan made edition. Without the scenes that sucked.
Ah, the ol' quality vs quantity debate.
For me, I have a plasma - so even 480p looks great. I'm fine with it.
(Although for good shows and blockbuster movies I prefer 720p and higher)
So, it depends what it is... just another series or movie? SD is fine. The good stuff? 720p and up of course.
Unless you have VDSL like zoidberg, why the need to get 720p or 1080p of absolutely everything?? :wtf:
Edit: Also... I'd rather get 10 x 1GB YIFI mkv's instead of 1 x 10GB mkv.

I didn't know this existed. Checking out now.
Because SD looks like ****, it's just a fuzzy mess. If something isn't worth an HD download it probably isn't worth watching in the first place.Unless you have VDSL like zoidberg, why the need to get 720p or 1080p of absolutely everything?? :wtf:
/waits for Zoidberg to mention the pixelation and crap audio on yify rips![]()
