If you cancel your Telkom ISP account say like, 3 days before the end of the month...how does that work?

Do they immediately stop your account then? Do they disable it the following month? Or do they only stop it after the following month?

I'm just wondering, because I cancelled on Friday, and hey, guess what? Today is the first...and I'm still using their account. Hmmm...

When I canceled mine the first time in November it only stoped during December. But becareful, they carried on charging, had to go to a telkom office again and sort it out.

I ended up paying for December and then they tried to charge me again for January. They eventually had to credit me 2 months of payments.

Thats strange I cancelled on Thursday and got my reference number. The person who helped me explained that it would be done at the end of the day. The next morning I tried to logon and guess what it really was cancelled

Just something interesting.

I cancelled my account more than a year ago (Telkom). They simply changed the password. Untill today, I stil get my usage emails from telkom *shrugs*
