Hay There, I've been a Testing DSL Lines for a few years now, and most of the problems I find is that customers are complaining of slow speeds, when they have a Slow line like a 2 Meg or so, many customers dont understand, that when you have a line that is consistantly going to average below 2 Meg, it's just going to drive you crazy especially if you need to do things that need a lot of data and faster speeds, like visiting youtube, or live streaming. This line is going to frustrate you to the point where your going to feel like pulling your hair out. Rather upgrade... but then again if you upgrade.... lets just leave it at that.

Welcome to the forum! :D

Will you be able to provide us with better support for the numerous ADSL issues to be found on the forum?

Maybe you can assist us with the correct methods to address ADSL issues and who to contact to test the line independent of the ISP providing services over the line?

Seems the staff at openweb are hired to match the level of service openserve provide.
Well I had a fault a week ago and it was restored but not to the state the service was at prior to the fault.I was getting 2048 and the restored service was only providing 256 -512 down with 320 up.Openserve excuse was that the cables were under water and were unable to do anything and will be handed to cable guys. I have now cancelled the service with the Isp.

Son, have you read your company's electronic communication policy as well at the social media policy? If not, I would advise you to do so before posting here again.
