I am going to cry :( Pcmall.co.za have been told by their suppliers that my Raidmax Smilodon is going to be delayed by up to 5 weeks , they can offer me the raidmax aztec but thats fugly - any suggestions in that price range of 700 that I can maybe ask them to source instead - links would be awesome :)

Nobody has stock of that raidmax smilodon if you know anyone in cpt who has in stock LET ME KNOW. I've spent 7k on a pc and still no case :( - no ram either (rectron/sahara no stock of ddr2 800 1gb modules)

Shame huh!. If you want it that badly, wait 5 weeks!. Otherwise look at Cooler Master's cases - Very High Quality! Even their Cheaper cases aren't all that bad!.

Are you trying to be funny? I am highly annoyed and need to find a case and some ram i've had the components for almost 2 weeks now while I awaited delivery of a case that doesnt seem to be in the country for almost another 5 weeks.

Point is I already bought the rest of my system, psu, gpu, dvd writer, qq6600 quad, gbyte mbaord etc - its all going to get a huge price reduction and im going to be uber pissed.

any eshops that I can phone to see if they have stock since nobody can recommend a shop in cpt that stocks raidmax.

Hey jsheed, have you tried Matrix Warehouse in Brooklyn/Northgate Business Park. My buddy bought a Smilidon there on Saturday? Give them a try, they are quite helpful. Not sure what PCmall was selling at but Matrix price was about 750-00 incl. VAT. Hope you come right, sounds like a killer unit you are putting together.
 
You could look at a Coolermaster CM 690. It was my original choice but wasn't available at the time so I got a Smilodon.
 
Matrix has been very helpful with my needs, they are trying to source another Raidmax case for me called the Sirius. I can't understand how the Smilodonis $75 in the states and the Sirius is $99, but here they are 700+ and 2400 respectively ( not from Matrix, eshop price ) All I can say is WTF? Oh and has anyone any idea where I could find the Smilodon Extreme Black Edition?

Tried Matrix in claremont same story as pcmall and buycomputers.co.za no stock till end of jan - possibly mid of feb.

Apparently all orders for raidmax smilidons were placed but suppliers overseas held orders back as they werent sure whether to ship the new smilodons or the old ones - hence no stock - from what I've been told you would be looking 3-5 weeks from now - end jan mid feb.

Take the M5 towards the N1, as you go over the N1 towards Paarden eiland, you will get a set of robots, turn right then first left and left again, you will see Matrix. 021 510 3857/69 Vaughn or Vanessa. They will make a plan, they really go out of their way to help.
 
I just spoke to Vaughn, he is expecting your call. He says that he will find a case for you just let him know.
 
Can you confirm for me if they have stock - is it too late to phone being 5:30pm if they have stock i'll go there tomorrow and they can guarentee a sale.

I literally just spoke to him, try and give him a call now, maybe he can get stock by this weekend. Fingers crossed bro.
