According to the vodacom4me site under my account info, my contract tye reads, GPRS ONE DCO contract instead of a 3G ONE DCO contract, which it had read previously. Now why on God's beautiful earth would that be? Is that the reason why I can utilise vodacoms service flawlessly on GPRS and not on 3G?

Yes, we track the number of complaints on myADSL and if these reach a threshold you get punished......not.

Actually there is no difference between the two contracts (GPRS or 3G), it's actually more confusing than anything else, but for some legacy reason they kept the GPRS names.

My own 3G One also says GPRS One and I happily work on HSDPA, like you should be able to. But I'll check with the Billing guys why the names don't reflect correctly.

By the way, we're making progress with the downlink stop problem, especially in Cape Town.
