It's only as difficult as you make it or want it to be. I did this last night and it worked out for the best. I'm no longer single (sort of). Just be honest and direct but have a little tact at the same time. If you know women at all, you'll know that tact is different with every woman and if you know her, you'll know what will seal the deal for you...;)

On a serious note, i am sorry u feeling let down. But rather find out what she feels now than later in a sham of a marriage. If she lied now just to get security,then you would have been in for a lifetime of lonliness. Vasbyt maatjie!

hey snake, I really am sorry to hear. know that I will miss you in your absence. I hope you work through this soon, as it is a very serious thing to do. And I think some of you guys that were making fun of him about it, was not really helping the situation.

most men find it difficult to communicate their feelings towards their SO. And it usually is even more intense when asking for that big commitment...
