Imagine Uncapped Feedback

I sent through a cancellation request, but I really don't want to wait a full calendar month to cancel. ppedrick, could you possibly hurry things along a bit? :D

Don't get me wrong, your guys service is excellent, it's just IS that's crap.

I sent mine at the start of the month already :D

Yeah, good service, but a horrible product.
Gave my account to a friend, gotta listen to him complain every day

What is with the shocking speeds guys? Since the World cup started everything is crawling but we're still expected to pay the same amount?

Your shocking speed only started then?
I've decided that after 2 months of 17KBps throttling that there are better providers than IS...

I moved to mweb at the beginning of June, one of my better decisions.

I'm 384 and am not a gamer or torrents user, but I have attained full speed (circa 38 - 40 KB/s) pretty much 24 x 7.

Well. I'm now fed up with paying for a 4mb account and getting a constant 23kb/s. Sorry Imagine/IS but I'm moving.

Hi, I'd like to know when IS will be getting alternative international bandwidth from SAIX sorted out, even if it will be slow. I don't think you can expect your clients to pay for an account with no international for days on end.

I think there is a clause that states that IS cannot guarantee network stability. You should remember you pay for a best effort service.
And remember your account is a basic account. Premium accounts have failover.

Sure. But 6-8 of no international cannot be considered best effort. Mweb users have already got international through SAT-3 but IS is going to do nothing? I'd like to see some hustle for a temporary solution even if it's slow. People talk about good service but just blame the upstream provider when stuff like this happens. I realise it's not Imagine or IS's fault Seacom is down but I expect them to create a temporary fix like the other ISP's are doing.
