Hi guys
I am having problems with my emails.
I use a POP account on Outlook for my Work emails, I have an IMAP account on my mobile. The only problem is that I cant download previously downloaded email (on Mobile). If I spend some time on the fiel and access and send emails (Newly received only) when I access them from my laptop next time when I sync my phone (access via phone), all the saved emails disappear.
I called our ISP to try to resolve this but he says I need to use an IMAP account on Outlook (instead of POP). We did however try this but still, I could not download all my old emails (dating back in January) - this is is not working.
He said I should backup my Outlook then export them to the newly created IMAP account. NO NO No NO! Isn't there an easy solution?
