WHEN U GO TO VOTE ON WED 18th MAY, PLEASE TURN YOUR BALLOT PAPER OVER!IF IT IS NOT STAMPED, ASK FOR ANOTHER ONE!! BECAUSE WHEN THEY COUNT THE VOTES, ALL THE BALLOT PAPERS WITH NO STAMP ON THE BACK WILL BE DESTROYED!IT IS A CAMPAIGN TO GET LESS OR NO VOTES IN THE NON-ANC AREAS....pass on*

Yeah, has been mentioned on the radio since last week and posted here already about four times today.

The stamps have been there for the last two elections already, dunno why it is suddenly such an issue now.

Was mentioned on 702 today. AFAIK this standard practice and party agents are there to ensure it is done.
