Twitter crowd were just as useless as calling in. Nothing done since Friday.

All I get is a copy and paste "our team will attendt to this", multiple times - but he's calling in, so maybe I must go that route again.

Yeah same here.... I was only connected to VDSL yesterday so maybe it's a result of that.

For anyone looking to buy Asus VDSL modems, just be aware once again that that they work best for short distances to the exchange

That makes sense now, give it a couple days and you will sync at the higher speed.

You going to love it. Bought mine via Loot and paid R3000. Best price I've seen. The Asus Router app is awesome

I've never seen VDSL make stats worse but it's your attenuation killing you.

I was told today that if I upgrade from my ADSL2+ to VDSL, it will only increase my upload speed and have no effect on my download speed. This by WA.

Don't know what to do anymore. I have a brand new line pulled into my house. Four teams have been here to test. I am 837m from a brand new upgraded exchange and they say my noise is too borderline, and that is why I only get 15Mb downstream speed instead of 20Mb.
