Importing blackberry from china

Hi guys,

I know that many people have already posted about this topic but there's so much that somehow I am lost.
So I'd like to order 2 blackberry 9530 from China.The total goods value ( including the shipping fees) is R 2180.
So my questions are:
1. Do I need to declare it knowing that the goods will be shipped via DHL(door-to-door)?
2. How much could be the duty fees?
3. Do I need an importer code for such small quantity?

That place is the capital of fake production
From experience in china you get different levels of fake
1, fake that dont work
2, not so fake ,,it works
3. looks the same but has a cheap inside in it
