Hmmm sounds all good (and bad!) I am thinking of getting myself a OCZ RevoDrive II or whatever the latest version is from the States...works out so much cheaper!

wantitall seems the only other place that can get it for you but they are far more expensive. Amazon isn't too happy about shipping to SA because of the amount of orders going "missing" from the post office. in jan i ordered a cd secondhand, i'm still waiting for it. as said above, duties can be pretty expensive, especially when they decide to pay attention to what's coming in. then what's supposed to be from hong kong they say is from the virgin islands. totally messed up.

I also had a massive saving on a laptop I imported from the states. Some things really are cheaper there, making it worth it to import

I would have loved to buy my tablet pc from Amazon, but no luck there. They don't ship directly to us. Funny thing is though that I bought it from a SA company, and they bought it from Amazon! But glad I got it from a local co though. When my tablet stopped working, I sent it to Jhb and they sorted it out!

I have a viewsonic gtablet. AureusTech. I've got a custom rom on though. I love it. Movies plays great, games are so smooth. And we should get honeycomb soon
